A Letter From Our Chairman

Across America Financial — built for everyday people.

There is a moment that most of us know too well. The rent is due. The car needs a tire. Someone in the house needs something, and the money is already spoken for. In that moment, the last thing anybody needs is another app that makes them feel worse about their money.

That moment is why Across America Financial exists.

For most of my life I have watched hard-working people get treated like a number. The system is built for the people who already have money. For everyone else — the person living paycheck to paycheck, the parent holding a household together, the worker deciding which bill to pay first — it mostly adds confusion and fees. We wanted to build the opposite. Not a bank. Not a lender. A clear view. A platform that shows you where your money actually is, what is coming, and what is left over, in plain language you can act on today.

We are people first.

Across America Financial is not a faceless institution. We are a small team of people who have lived the same months our customers live. We know what it feels like to check a balance and hold your breath. That is why we built this around the household, not the account. Around the family, not the transaction. When we say our customers are everyday people — drivers, nurses, teachers, parents, small business owners — we are describing our own families. Everything we build has to pass one test: would this genuinely help someone we love? If it would not, we do not ship it.

Digital adoption is changing who gets served.

Something real is happening right now. The tools that used to be available only to people with an advisor, a branch down the street and a minimum balance are now in everyone's pocket. Banking, budgeting, reminders, credit building, getting paid before payday — all of it is moving onto the phone that most Americans already carry. That shift matters, because for the first time the person with the smallest balance can have the best information. Digital adoption is not about technology for its own sake. It is about access. It is about the person who was never offered a better option finally getting one, without a minimum balance and without a lecture.

Where this is taking us.

We are building toward a simple idea: every household should be able to see money clearly, plan without guesswork, and get a fair shot at the products that used to be out of reach. That starts with a clear view of cash flow, and it grows from there — into everyday services that smooth out the bumps in a month, help people build credit, and put a little breathing room back into real life. As we grow, we will add carefully, with the right partners and the right permissions, and we will never promise something we cannot deliver. Our standard is not how fast we grow. It is whether the people who trust us are better off a year later.

We are early. We are honest about that. But the direction is clear, and the reason is personal.

Thank you for being here with us.
